Your charter begins at your allotted time. For example: if your departure is scheduled at 11:00 am and return to the dock at 2:00 pm, that is your charter time. Unfortunately, if any guest is late for your departure time, we cannot guarantee an extension of time at the end of your charter. Often, we have double bookings and may not be able to accommodate your request. We highly recommend ALL your guests be aboard no later than 10 – 15 minutes prior to departure to ensure the experience. This time also includes the docking and mooring of the yacht.
Can I/we bring decorations for our event?
Yes, we encourage it! It’s your space to use. We do ask that you to consider environmentally friendly decorations. We do not recommend balloons as they may be blown away and into the water and we will be required to retrieve it before continuing to lessen your charter time. Only clear tape, sticky-tac and zip ties can be used to attached decorations to surfaces.

Our dedicated crew will be on hand to assist with these tasks for an additional charge of $400.00. Where am I/we able to store boxes, duffle bags, and/or containers?
We have storage in the PRIVATE areas of the yacht for storage. When you need assistance with this task please speak to a crew member for guidance.
Am I/we able to access the entire yacht?
There is limited access to specified areas of the yacht, for example, the state rooms below deck and the crew rooms located at the bow are NOT accessible. However, we would be happy to give a tour if asked. These areas are labeled as such.

First, do not panic. Follow the directions of the crew. The crew has been trained in case of an emergency. The safety of all those aboard is a priority in any situation. We ensure all our systems are operating safely and properly prior to each departure. But accidents do happen, and, in those situations, it is important to follow provided directions.

The entry gate is located slightly east of Lift Restaurant and Grill, located at: 333 Menchions Mews, Vancouver BC, V6G 3H5
Where is parking located?

Is the yacht wheelchair accessible? What about baby strollers?
Unfortunately, the yacht was not made to accommodate wheelchairs. The door to access the yacht is very narrow, allowing enough room for the width of a cooler. The commercial dock to the yacht is wheelchair accessible and individuals are required to climb a flight of stair to access the yacht. Baby strollers are allowed on board and in both circumstances can be stored on the dock (it is gated) or in our storage shed.
